Career Development
GES encourages career development by providing a variety of training courses to our employees. Courses are conducted in a classroom setting as well as on our newly developed e-learning platform. Online learning makes training available to all employees on their schedule. Training includes courses in Management Skills, Loss Prevention, Leadership for Results, Account Management Development, Operational Best Practices, Foreman Development and Strategic Selling.

Continuous Learning
GES provides tuition reimbursement to encourage employees to continue the formal educational portion of their professional development. GES will reimburse 75% of the cost of tuition, registration, lab fees and books of an accredited work-related program upon successful completion with a “C” or better.

Corporate Town Hall Meetings
GES encourages open communication between the executive staff and employees throughout the year. Town Hall Meetings are designed to educate employees about the current state of the business at GES, and what changes are coming within our company and the industry in which we operate. These meetings are a chance for employees to ask questions and understand the future direction
of GES.

What our customers say “We had a wonderful experience with GES Expo Services with Pet Fest America in Atlanta. They were so accommodating and helpful throughout the whole business relationship - start to finish. They went the extra mile to get a fair price to far within our budget and also persuaded the four other GES offices and 2 additional outside expo companies in the other PFA cities to do the same. During set up and teardown they provided personal assistance to all the sponsors and the HSUS booths. I received so many positive comments about them from everyone"
