Company Recognition GES creates a winning team through internal and external recognition. INTERNAL RECOGNITION SPOTLIGHT CARDS The Spotlight program is a simple way for GES employees to recognize one another for outstanding performance, and allows our employees to show appreciation for one another on a daily basis. All employees who receive and issue a spotlight recognition card are eligible for a chance to win a prize through their city's quarterly Spotlight raffle drawing. SAFETY SPOTLIGHT CARDS The Safety Spotlight program is a simple way for GES employees to recognize show site and warehouse employees for their extra efforts in maintaining a safe work environment, and allows our employees to show appreciation for one another on a daily basis. All employees who receive a Safety Spotlight recognition card are eligible for a chance to win a prize through their coordinating city's quarterly Spotlight raffle drawing. ON THE SPOT The On The Spot Award program gives employees the opportunity to receive a cash award for their exceptional contributions to the success of GES. ACE Awards (Annual Celebration of Excellence) Yearly awards ceremony that honors GES' top performers. Winners receive an engraved trophy; additionally city, regional and overall Employee and Manager of the Year winners receive a cash prize. EXTERNAL RECOGNITION 1st place - Workplace Excellence Award 2003 Southern Nevada Human Resources Association. Andrew Bohman, Senior Operations Manager from Las Vegas, honored with Citizen of Distinction Award by the Foundation for an Independent Tomorrow. |
