  Employee Commitment

As a value based company, GES is set apart by our Always Honest Policy. This policy is designed to prevent and detect violations of policy, ethics and the law.

This policy requires a commitment from all employees to ensure that our reputation of integrity continues to be one of our most valuable assets. Each employee is responsible for knowing, understanding and upholding these standards and GES employees have a duty to report any questionable activity or prohibited conduct to our hotline number 1-800-443-4113.

As a publicly traded company, GES has a fiduciary duty that includes managing the company’s assets in accordance with the laws governing its’ operations, including the applicable SEC regulations and the requirements of Sarbanes Oxley. In order to do this, each employee must be committed to reporting any conduct that is questionable.

To be a consistently solid and profitable organization, GES promotes integrity in financial reporting, in business relationships, and in employee and customer relations. We strive to conduct ourselves in a manner which exemplifies the highest sense of business and personal ethics in every aspect of our business. A commitment to be Always Honest is something that GES takes very seriously and holds in the highest regard.
What our employees say “I have been working for GES for 31 years and I have been through many changes. GES has always treated me very well. The business has changed a lot during the past 31 year, but I always loved the challenge and I look forward to retiring from GES.”

What our customers say "We would like to thank you for the tremendous support and assistance GES provided our Foundation Dinner. The evening surpassed all previous galas on every level. GES' creative and first-class signage, staging, and lighting were exceptional. Additionally, the video tribute was extremely well done and obviously appreciated.”
