GES sends final statements to exhibitors
10 days after the show closes. Once you receive your
bill and you
have any questions or concerns, call the GES
National Servicenter® and let us help you.

You
may wonder what the voluntary contribution to CEIR
at the bottom of your statement is and
what it has
to do with you.
CEIR is the Center for Exhibition Industry
Research and is the only organization dedicated to
providing
comprehensive research and information on the
tradeshow and convention industry.
Every tradeshow's general service
contractor adds one dollar to an exhibitor's
on-site invoice as a separate line item. You can decline
to pay the
dollar simply by putting a line through it. However,
when you pay the extra dollar, you are contributing
to the funding of this program. Additionally, exhibition
organizers are encouraged to match the amount given
by their exhibitors.
When you participate in this program,
you automatically receive free access to all of CEIR's
current research via the CEIR
website.
The VCP's success is the key to the future prosperity
of the exhibition industry. By contributing just one
dollar to support CEIR, you help fund a great educational
tool for the industry. That's a lot of value
for a dollar!
