    Exhibit rental packages with custom fabric graphics printed on environmentally friendly and sustainable fabric. Exhibitors select from multiple design options, upload print ready artwork, and order.

    Selected from our most popular furniture items, GES Exhibit Furnishings+ offers exhibitors multiple barstools, chairs, tables, and lounge combinations, ordered as one item, to compliment any exhibit space.

  • GES Exhibit Flooring+

    Best-selling furniture packages designed specifically for small exhibit spaces, packages offer exhibitors a large selection of vinyl or carpet options, padding, and protective covering.

  • GES Transportation+

    Offers exhibitors a 10% discount off material handling when shipping roundtrip with GES Logistics. In addition to this savings, the program features no carrier wait times, free weight certificates, priority move-in and move-out, and discount pricing. GES Transportation+ is available for non-local shipments of 5,000 lbs. or less.

  • GES Material Handling+

    Highlights a shift in measurement for calculating material handling from per hundredweight to pounds. Exhibitors can easily calculate material handling costs by multiplying the weight of their shipment by one of two rates, standard or non-standard, or a flat rate if their shipment is less than 25 lbs. Ship direct-to-show or to the advance warehouse at no additional cost.

  • GES Hanging Signs+

    Packages offer a fixed cost for exhibitors and are designed to fit a variety of budgets. Non-electrical, lighting, and rotating motor sign packages incorporate labor, equipment, materials, and electricity (package based up to 15 amps) needed to hang a sign above an exhibit.

  • GES Electrical+

    A simplification to three rates: discount, regular, and show-site and package pricing that includes an outlet, materials, and labor. 120V or 280V outlet packages include materials and floor work labor. Hook-up labor is included for 208V outlets and higher.

GES seems to be one of very few trade show companies that still offer reasonable pricing and excellent service to the small to medium sized shows without compromising quality and availability.
